Its high greaseproofness, non-stick properties and good aroma barrier ensure efficiency and cost savings without compromising hygiene or flavour. It is suitable for use in oven, steam cooking, decorating or freezing processes.

Katrin Baking & Cooking paper is made of bleached pulp from one of the world’s most modern low-emission pulp mills. The raw materials come from certified forests in Europe. The paper is biodegradable and can be burned or recycled. Katrin Baking & Cooking paper has:
